Driver Orientation
Arrival at O’Hare Airport
Orientation is in Chicago, Illinois and transportation will be provided. Flights are booked based on your closest airport and drivers should arrive one hour prior to flight time. Your boarding pass can be printed at a terminal kiosk using the itinerary number on your e-ticket. Once you arrive at O’Hare, an Uber will be provided to take you to the office. If you prefer not to fly, other travel arrangements can be made.
Hotel Availability
A hotel room at the Sleep Inn, a franchise of Choice Hotels, can be provided for drivers who arrive after hours. The hotel is conveniently located right across from the office and includes free WI-FI and continental breakfast. Drivers arrive at the office the following day at 9:00 am.
Office Arrival
Once you arrive at the office, one of our friendly staff members will go over your paperwork and answer any questions. The entire process takes an average of four hours. Once your truck is inspected, you will receive the keys and you are ready to hit the road! Your appointed dispatcher will contact you during that time to introduce themself and provide information for your first load.
